You took the time to listen to my very particular list of demands that I needed to incorporate into any new space. Time is always a most precious commodity and you didn't take up any unnecessary time presenting less than perfect properties for me to consider. I can't tell you how much I sincerely appreciate that! If only all brokers were so thorough!
